Functional Circuit Training (FCT)
FCT combines the best parts of weightlifting, gymnastics, and athletics, to create challenging workouts, that keeps your body guessing, all while keeping you motivated. All this is done in our custom-designed Functional Training Zone. No work-out is ever the same.
Blitz (FCT)
FCT BLITZ is high-intensity interval training for upper and lower body strengthening, core conditioning and increased aerobic capacity. Think of it as the ultimate fat burner and quickest way to improve your general fitness.
TRX
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.
Boxing
Our Boxing Circuit is a total body workout that focuses on technique, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. We mix up the routine with Functional Circuit Training. What’s more, we make sure that both the exercises get you ready for and give you a true feel for the boxing ring.
Core
CORE focuses on developing core strength throughout the whole mid-section. Lower back and abdominals work antagonistically to create optimal strength development. Using bodyweight and external loads to generate functional and practical core strength to promote injury prevention and increase performance.
