Stephanie has worked as a Movement Trainer and Personal Trainer for the last 4 years. She has always maintained a highly active lifestyle representing New Zealand in Inline Speed Skating for 8 years. Growing up, coordination and balance was always a challenge for Stephanie, resulting in a large amount injuries but she found help in functional training. Because of this, Stephanie has developed a strong passion for helping people from all walks of life achieve things they never thought possible through strength and fitness training.
