Stephanie has been involved in the fitness industry for over 6 years, developing a special interest in injury rehabilitation and prevention focusing on efficient movement patterns and working closely with Physiotherapists. Coming from a High-Performance sports background, Stephanie has experienced the challenges of injuries and the benefits of a corrective exercise program have on reducing injuries and improving strength and performance, whether that be in sport or everyday life and training.
With a special focus on Corrective Exercise, Stephanie will help bring your body into alignment with muscle tension release, mobility and strengthening from the centre out.
Using high-intensity training in combination with corrective exercise, Stephanie will help you get your body moving to achieve your goals.
