Passionate about fitness, Sam developed a strong love for exercise and the gym at a young age and has always wanted to provide others with the tools to reach their health and fitness goals. He takes his own training very seriously, with a balance of monitored nutrition and conditioning seven days a week. Sam prides himself in the most up-to-date knowledge in Exercise Prescription, Exercise Prescription for Special Populations, Weights and Programming, Applied Nutrition, Exercise Psychology, Group Training and Fitness Testing.
