Prior to personal training at Habit Evans Bay, Melody worked as a Personal Trainer in both Auckland and London. She has trained a wide range of clients with a variety of health and fitness goals. Melody's skills include helping clients to improve general health, fitness and strength, weight loss/gain, improve competitive marathon times and rehabilitation after injury or illness. She firmly believes in a holistic approach to health and fitness.
