Katie is currently in her final year of her Bachelor of Sport Coaching Degree at Canterbury University where she majors in Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition.
Competing in sport at a high performance level has given Katie her passion for fitness and helping others live a healthy lifestyle through movement, nutrition and mental well-being. With previous experience in one-on-one training based in Christchurch, she brings passion and enthusiasm, combined with a holistic approach to help people achieve their goals both mentally and physically.
