With 25 years experience in the fitness industry, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience into his training methods.
His fitness journey started in New Zealand playing and competing in many sporting disciplines which lead him on his career path.
After working in gyms in the Wellington CBD for a few years, Jon moved to London, UK for over 18 years where he ran his own PT business dealing with high profile clients.

Through his own personal experience, knowledge and extensive client base over the years, Jon is able to offer an individualised training system to cater to your goals.
