Jaimee has been passionate about health and fitness for as long as she can remember.
Her active childhood participating in a variety of sports naturally lead her to a career in strength and conditioning.
She has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 3 years, working with a wide variety of people ranging in age, gender, and fitness levels. She loves helping people create a healthier mental and physical lifestyle through exercise and nutrition.
Jaimee is committed to helping people maximise their potential and smash their health and fitness goals.
Jaimee also has a background working as a strength and conditioning coach in a high-performance sports environment creating performance-based programmes for athletes of various sports.
