Cara began her personal training career in the UK in 2013. Since then, working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor has allowed Cara the opportunity to live and work in locations around the world, including Thailand for 2 years, and now New Zealand.
Having always trained and competed in many sports, it wasn’t until the age of 19-20, where Cara really developed her interest in the gym lifestyle. With an initial focus on weightlifting and HIIT, which still influences her training style today, Cara now incorporates more diverse and challenging training areas, such as calisthenic, movement, mobility, and martial arts. Cara believes in the benefit of these training styles both for herself and her clients.
