Having had a strong passion for sports and recreation his whole life, Allen has decided to take responsibility for bringing awareness and sharing his knowledge of keeping fit to build a culture of health. He believes that big changes occur by doing the little things such as focusing on the right movement patterns and technique, thus maximising quality and efficiency to the workout.
