DO I NEED TO BE A GOOD SWIMMER?
You don’t need to need to be an Olympian but you must be able to swim confidently.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO SWIM SQUAD?
2-3 sessions each week should be enough to see good improvement and technique.

Swim Technique offers intermediate drills and techniques to advance your swimming skills.

Swim Technique offers intermediate swimmers a coached environment to develop their swimming skills and technique through a variety of strokes and drills within a group dynamic.

Swim Technique is a paid Small Group Personal Training Session. Please see reception for session payment options.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?
All fitness levels are welcome - Take the sessions at your own pace while working closely with your coach.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?
At least one session a week will see an improvement in your swimming technique and benefit any other swims you undertake.
