Power classes give you a challenging strength and endurance workout using barbells. Following four unique formats, Power is geared towards strength, endurance, toning and fat burning.

WILL I BULK UP DOING POWER® CLASSES?
Many women ask this question but there’s no need to worry! The light weights and high reps are designed to tone not bulk.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO POWER®?
Start by doing two classes a week, then work your way up to a third class for the benefits to really kick in.
