Our mat-based Pilates classes focus on improving flexibility, core strength (back and abdominals), posture, muscular endurance and correct muscle balance. Designed for beginners to intermediates, these classes combine awareness of the body and correct breathing with exercises to achieve slimmer, longer and stronger muscles without building bulk.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Any type of clothing that is comfortable and allows for full joint movement. Leave any loose jewellery or watches in your locker.
DO GUYS DO PILATES?
They do! Many use this class to improve their core strength and flexibility.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO PILATES?
