FCT (SGPT$)

Habit FCT (Functional Circuit Training) brings you the training techniques that many professional sportsmen are accustomed to. FCT combines the best parts of weightlifting, gymnastics, and athletics, to create challenging workouts, that keeps your body guessing, all while keeping you motivated. All this is done in our custom designed Functional Training Zone.
No work-out is ever the same.

FCT is a paid Small Group Personal Training Session. Please see reception for session payment options.

How fit do I need to be?

All fitness levels are welcome – take the class at your own pace or be pushed hard by the Trainer.

How often should I do FCT?

Two sessions a week will see an improvement in your strength and fitness levels.
