CORE (SGPT$)

CORE focuses on developing core strength throughout whole mid-section. Lower back and abdominals work antagonistically to create optimal strength development. Using body weight and external loads to generate functional and practical core strength to promote injury prevention and increase performance.

CORE is a paid Small Group Personal Training Session. Please see reception for session payment options.

How fit do I need to be?
All fitness levels are welcome – take the class at your own pace or be pushed hard by the Trainer.

How often should I do Core?
Three sessions a week will see an improvement in your strength and fitness levels.
