Boxing (SGPT$)

Our Boxing Circuit is a total body workout that focuses on technique, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. We mix up the routine with Functional Circuit Training. What’s more, we make sure that both the exercises get you ready for and give you a true feel for the boxing ring.

DO I NEED TO BRING BOXING GLOVES?
Gloves are supplied, however, we do recommend bringing your own wraps and gloves.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO BOXING CIRCUIT?
Aim for 2-3 sessions each week to maximize the benefits.
