Our Boxing Circuit is a total body workout that focuses on technique, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. We make sure all the exercises give you an authentic feel for the boxing ring.
Small Group Personal Training sessions are pre-purchased at reception. Individual, ten-session or membership options are available.
DO I NEED TO BRING BOXING GLOVES?
Gloves are supplied, however, we do recommend bringing your own wraps and gloves.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO BOXING CIRCUIT?
Aim for 2-3 sessions each week to maximize the benefits.
