Boxing Circuit

Our Boxing Circuit is a total body workout that focuses on technique, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. We mix up the routine with Muay Thai and kickboxing. What’s more, we make sure that both the circuit stations and exercises give you a true feel for the boxing ring.

DO I NEED TO BRING BOXING GLOVES?
No. Gloves and wraps are supplied or can be purchased at reception.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO BOXING CIRCUIT?
Aim for 2-3 sessions each week to maximize the benefits.
