Habit Blitz - Functional Circuit Training is the quickest way to improve your general fitness and muscle tone.
Habit FCT BLITZ is high intensity interval training for full-body strengthening, core conditioning and increased aerobic capacity. Think of it as the ultimate fat burner and the quickest way to improve your general fitness and muscle tone.
Functional Circuit Training (FCT) is a paid Small Group Personal Training Session. Please see reception for session payment options.
HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?
All fitness levels are welcome – Take the class at your own pace or be pushed hard by the Trainer.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO FCT?
Two sessions a week will see an improvement in your strength and fitness levels.
