BLITZ (SGPT$)

Habit FCT (Functional Circuit Training) brings you the training techniques that many professional sportsmen are accustomed to. FCT BLITZ is high intensity interval training for upper and lower body strengthening, core conditioning and increased aerobic capacity. Think of it as the ultimate fat burner and quickest way to improve your general fitness.

FCT is a paid Small Group Personal Training Session. Please see reception for session payment options.

How fit do I need to be?

All fitness levels are welcome – take the class at your own pace or be pushed hard by the Trainer.

How often should I do FCT?

Two sessions a week will see an improvement in your strength and fitness levels.
