Habit Barre blends the best parts of dance, Pilates, yoga and functional exercises into a full-body workout that aims to create long, lean muscles, just like a dancer. The sessions, designed around our custom-made barres, are not like your normal Barre class. We’ve mixed in a variety of functional exercises like curtsey lunges and squat pulses for a higher intensity workout that will burn more calories and improve your overall fitness.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Any type of clothing that is comfortable and allows you to move freely.

DO I NEED DANCE EXPERIENCE?
No dancing experience needed – the classes are designed for all levels.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND BARRE?
Two sessions a week will see improvement in your strength, flexibility and overall fitness levels.
