Small Group Personal Training - SGPT
Our Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions fill the gap between Group Fitness Classes and One on One Personal Training. SGPT provides a range of sessions offering the intensity of personal training within a group dynamic. All classes are led by our highly-qualified Personal Trainers, guaranteeing a workout that pushes you to perform your best, while keeping you safe.
Small Group Personal Training sessions are pre-purchased at reception. Individual, ten-session or membership options are available.
