Sam studied Exercise Science in Sydney majoring in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Coming from a very sporting background including the Outdoors, Skiing and Rugby.
Sam emphasises the importance and benefits of an all round ‘holistic’ approach to health and fitness. ‘It’s a balance of exercise, good eating, getting enough sleep and knowing when to rest that creates results and a happy, stress free individual’.
Sam works with a wide range of age groups and goals. He focuses on the individual’s wants and needs whilst also focusing on making the experience an enjoyable one.
