Professional Experience

Sam has over 10 years personal training experience including 4 years as Strength and Conditioning Coach for Cricket Wellington and other sports teams. He has worked in the corporate environment coordinating health challenges and conducting health assessments. Sam is also an experienced Group Fitness Instructor, including boxing.
