FCT Jungle
Welcome to the jungle! Where athletes come to train.
FCT was created to bring the world of athletic conditioning to the corporate world, where you don’t need to be an athlete to train like one. FCT Jungle is a new combination of FCT (weightlifting, gymnastics and athletics) and the incorporation of primal-based human movements, all designed to give you the best intense cardiovascular experience (I.C.E) as well as building functional strength for everyday life.
FCT Jungle will push both your physical and mental potential while motivating you to go that extra 10%. This is all done in a safe and supervised Small Group Personal Training setting in our Functional Studio.
FCT Jungle is a paid Small Group Personal Training Session.

How often should I do FCT JUNGLE?
Two sessions a week will see an improvement in your strength and fitness levels.
