TRX™ Evolution
A new category of exercise for all fitness levels
A multi-station, multi-modality, multi-calorie-burning and multi-sweat drop workout! A circuit based session with half of the stations on the TRX™ suspension trainer. The other stations can include TRX™ RIP trainers, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes and battle ropes. Coaches will choose the theme and direction of the stations. All stations will be against the clock.
TRX™ Evolution is a paid Small Group Personal Training Session. Please see reception for session payment options.
HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?
All fitness levels are welcome – take the class at your own pace or be pushed hard by the instructor.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO TRX?
Two sessions a week will see an improvement in your strength and fitness levels.
