Forget about the weather and traffic
Spinning® delivers a fantastic cardiovascular workout that burns calories big time. If you’re a beginner or you don’t ‘have the legs’ you can take things easy. And if you’re a pro you can hammer it like you are attacking the Pyrenees. For members who want to pack even more into their hour, we also run Spinning® & Abs classes that combine 45 minutes of Spinning® with 15 minutes of abdominal exercises, to strengthen and tone the core.
What should I wear?
Regular gym gear will do the job although many members bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats for ultimate transfer of energy.
How often should I do Spinning®?
Aim for 2-3 sessions each week for good weight loss results and improved cardiovascular endurance.
